The Optical eye is a laser pointing device used for contour cutting, which is mainly used for cutting around designs from printed material (such as t-shirt transferring). This function enables the designer to cut away unnecessary medium from the design and leave needed part of your design only. In order to cut such kind of designs, the machine needs to know how the design is visually and physically layed out on the medium. And optical eye is just here to solve the problem. Together with correct software setting and design layout, it makes the cutter to locate preset reference points down to 0.1 mm accuracy in order to calculate the scale and position of the cutting medium you need, thus saving cost and energy.
