Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with computer usage, printing, scanning, and other cyber café services.
Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows-based systems, including software and hardware issues.
Ensure the smooth running of the café by maintaining computers and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous service.
Perform administrative tasks, such as logging client usage and tracking inventory.
Requirements:
Practical knowledge of computer systems, particularly Windows operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot common system errors and issues.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Customer service experience is a plus.
