Description
Slice or break the dried Mushrooms into small pieces for better results. Soak for 15min. Boil for 15minutes to 30minutes depending on the fire till it softens. Fry with cooking oil, onions, tomatoes and add spices and other ingredients of your choice.
You can serve with ugali or rice, mix in beans stew, Githeri, or even add on a fried egg etc. FRESH YAMMY DELICIOUS!
