Real Estate Manager / Property Manager

Cynergy HR Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage two commercial properties located on the same lot in Upper Hill Nairobi. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and pension benefits. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience and a strong understanding of property management principles.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of two commercial properties.
Ensure both properties are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with local laws and regulations.
Manage tenant relations, including addressing concerns, negotiating leases, and ensuring timely rent collection.
Develop and manage the property budget, including operational expenses and maintenance costs.
Coordinate and oversee property repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
Ensure properties are well-marketed to attract and retain quality tenants.
Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and liaising with external contractors.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and presentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management, preferably in commercial properties.
Deep knowledge of property management principles, local building codes, and tenancy laws.
Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and resolve tenant issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
